Overview

At Travel to Brazil, we understand that travel plans may change. This Refund Policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds for our luxury travel and medical coordination services.

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all bookings. The deposit amount varies by program and will be specified in your service agreement.

Cancellation by Client

More than 90 days before departure: deposit is non-refundable; remaining balance refunded minus third-party costs. 60–90 days: 50% refund. Less than 60 days: no refund except where required by law.

Medical Travel Programs

Medical coordination programs may have additional cancellation terms due to clinic scheduling requirements.

How to Request a Refund

Submit a written cancellation request to concierge@traveltobrazil.com including your booking reference. Refunds processed within 14 business days.
